Theme compatibility

Built as a Shopify theme app block for Online Store 2.0. During beta we’ll publish a tested-themes list with dates and screenshots.

Last tested list: coming during beta (Dawn + free Shopify themes first).

Speed

We’ll publish Lighthouse before/after results on a product page once beta stores are live — same method Shopify uses for Built for Shopify performance checks.

FAQ

Is there a trial?: No separate trial. The Free plan (3 published charts, no watermark) is how you try the app.
What happens if I uninstall?: Remove the theme app block and uninstall. We process GDPR shop/redact webhooks and delete shop data within about 48 hours after uninstall.
Do you have a size recommender?: Not yet. Honest Size Charts & Guides focuses on clear size charts in a popup — not AI fit quizzes.
How fast is support?: Email support@honestsizecharts.com. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
