These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Ghanshyam Digital LLP(Ghanshyam Digital LLP is a registered Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and GST-registered business in India.), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS],India (“we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Shopify app Honest Size Charts & Guides(“the App”, product name: “Honest Size Charts”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App

The App lets Shopify merchants create size charts, assign them to products, collections, tags, or vendors, and display them on the Online Store via a theme app block. Features and plan limits are described on ourpricing page and in the Shopify App Store listing when published.

Accounts and eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store and authority to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your store and for keeping your Shopify account secure.

Plans and payment

Free and paid plans are billed through Shopify’s app billing where applicable. Prices are shown in the App and on our website. Taxes may apply. There is no separate free trial on paid plans unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or Shopify’s policies.

Support

Support is available by email at support@honestsizecharts.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including GDPR compliance webhooks.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of size charts you publish and for compliance with consumer laws in your markets.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
